Military Police in preliminary proceeding - regulation in legislation and bylaws Abstract The Military Police is a significant and specific police body. Recent statutory amendments have substantially bolstered the function of the Military Police in criminal proceeding. The significance of the Military Police is raised as well thanks to increased investments in the Armed Forces and overall in the Ministry of Defense. There is a lack of theses or specialist reports concerning the legal status of the Military Police in criminal proceeding. The main source of information concerning the legal status of the Military Police in the before- court phase of criminal proceeding or preliminary proceeding is the legislation; particularly an analysis of the Criminal Code and the Military Police Act. However, such information is not complete. Information concerning application of the legislation may be gained by analysis of the Military Police bylaws and by the comparison of legislation and bylaws. The Military Police bylaws had not been analyzed in a thesis until now. Thus, this thesis brings a unique view into the functioning and operation of this police body. Professional education of criminalistic technicians of the Military Police

The thesis is focused on the professional education of criminalistic technicians of the Military Police. In the first, theoretical part of the thesis, the author deals with education and training of criminalistic technicians of the Military Police in the context demarcating basic theoretical concepts from the area of further professional education, brief introduction to the structure of the Military Police and clarification of basic concepts from the area of criminalistic and technical activities of the Military Police. The aim of the second, practical part of the thesis, is to analyze the current professional education of criminalistic technicians of the Military Police with a focus on their needs.

The Leisure time influence on the life satisfaction of Military Policemen's of the Czech Republic.

The thesis deals with the influence of free time on life satisfaction of Military Police personnel. It depicts how much the free time means to military personnel and how they spend their free time. A theoretical part is focused on peculiarity of different social groups represented by The Armed Forces of the Czech Republic and the Military Police and it is also focused on acceptance requirements to the aforementioned organizations. In addition to that it describes different views on the free time, life satisfaction and quality of life. It evaluates certain survey outcomes aimed at spending the free time and the life satisfaction not only in the Czech Republic but also abroad. Positive effects of the free time against risk behavior are mentioned in the theoretical part of the thesis as well as ways of prevention against the negative impacts implemented by Ministry of Defense. A survey is the main part of the practical part. The survey is focused on ways of the free time spending, on its sufficiency or deficiency, and how the quantity of the free time influences the life satisfaction of the Military Police personnel. The survey shows connection between the free time and prevention against the risk behavior and influence of the free time on life satisfaction too.
The effects of changes in the legislation of the Act on Military Police in emergencies in the South Bohemia region

At the present time, a large number of entities participate in handling emergency situations both basic and other constituent parts of the Integrated Rescue System, and both legal and natural persons. The Army of the Czech Republic, an important entity falling under the other constituent parts of the Integrated Rescue System, provides much workforce and many resources for handling emergency situations. The Army of the Czech Republic includes a special police corps, the Military Police. The task of the Military Police is police protection to the extent specified by the Military Police Act. The new Military Police Act brought some changes which became the subject of my inquiry.
The place and the role of the Military Police in the Integrated Rescue System frame

The goal of my thesis was fulfilled. There was analysed the Military Police of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. There were investigated two hypothesis in general. It was discovered that the hypotesis No. 1 was not confirmed. The reset of this Thesis is the recommendation with real particular suggestion of better application of the present possibilities of the Military Police of the Czech Republic Armed Forces use in the Integrated Rescue System. The hapothesis No. 2 was confirmed. It was discovered that both of these Military Police have the similar application.
